Teaching is not a job, neither a career chosen, but rather a way of life.
I graduated from the prestigious University of Pretoria in 1995 with a 4 year Higher Diploma in Education. This set me on a teaching path for life and I became a teacher, not only to children but young adults and even some of my peers.
Since 1995 I have taught in South African Primary Schools and High Schools and served as Acting Head of Education Guidence Department at a prestigious school for learners with learning challenges. I have also trained teachers at the well renowned King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and presented workshops to fellow lecturers at Dammam University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Currently I am honoured to be teaching at Discovery International School in Moscow. I have experienced all the educational levels and now it's time for me to experience where it all starts. As a proud farther of 3 grown up boys, it is a pleasant experience to revisit the formative years in education and I see in every student a little bit of my sons and thus treat the children in my care the same way I would my own children.
